Christmas Bookings

From Monday 21st December 2018 to Friday 4th January 2019 we will be offering BOOK ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY with all our GP's and Nurse Practitioners. Hopefully this will help with Winter Planning and the Christmas Period when demand for appointments can be high. There will be NO pre bookable appointments with GP's and Nurse Practitioners during this period.

Pre bookable appointments remain the same for our Health Care Assistants, Practice Nurses and Phlebotomist.

Normal service will resume from 7th January 2019.

Cancelling an Appointment - If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, please let reception know as soon as possible, even if it is 30 minutes notice, we may still be able to offer the appointment to another patient.

Rachel Clarke is our Senior Nurse Practitioner.  She supports the GP partners and is able to see all patients in the first instance.

Mr Andrew Toogood (m)

Emergency Care Practitioner

Andrew Toogood

Andrew joined us in 2015 and is able to see all emergencies and walk in patients. He is also able to carry out home visits.

Denise joined us in 2015 and is a prescribing nurse practitioner working alongside Rachel and Andrew.

 Nurse Group

Our highly qualified nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns.  Our team of Specialist Practice Nurses deal with long-term medical conditions in our Health Promotion clinics. Practice Nurses in our Treatment Room will carry out practical procedures such as dressing, injections and vaccinations

Healthcare Assistants

Our Healthcare Assistants provide a range of services including taking blood samples, ear syringing, blood pressure checks, NHS health checks and ECG's.
