There will be NO pre bookable appointments with GP's and Nurse Practitioners during this period.

Pre bookable appointments remain the same for our Health Care Assistants, Practice Nurses and Phlebotomist.

Normal service will resume from 7th January 2019.

Patients should be able to order prescriptions online - in place on SystmOnline

Patients should be able to view a summary of their patient record online - now activated and in place on SystmOnline. This includes: Allergies and Sensitivities, Acute Medication, Repeat Medication and Past Repeat Medication.

From 31st March 2016 patients may request access to their detailed coded record online. For more information please see the guidance here. Detailed Coded Record

Patients can access all these options by registering for SystmOnline.

Ask at reception to be registered for online access. You will need to bring two pieces of identification with you, and one of these should include a photo eg passport or driving licence. The other may include a bank statement or utility bill with your address.
